CO GRO
“This project aims to promote sustainable practices through community farming. Using existing community compost and existing public sources of land and water, this project will provide a hands-on experience of growing organic vegetables and harvesting them. Therefore, the target audience is residents and non-residents who are environmentally conscious people who want to lead a more sustainable lifestyle. We will reach out to a broader audience by selling our produce at the local farmer’s market, organizing farm visits, workshops, and events.”
